Fair Trade Auctions.org is a site that helps you find fair trade products on eBay and increase the impact of your purchase. For each purchase you make after clicking through this site, we will donate money to an organization working to end world poverty. These donations are paid for by advertisers, so you pay the same low price as you normally would if you went directly to eBay. But by shopping with us, you're doing even more good!
All you have to do is click through this site before making your purchase on eBay. We do the rest. And it doesn't cost you anything extra!
For each eBay purchase made after visiting this site, Fair Trade Auctions.org donates money each month to Trees for Life International. (You can see how much we've donated by visiting the donations page.) Trees for Life International is a nonprofit organization helping people lift themselves out of poverty through self-help and educational programs such as their Books for Life project. They provide hope and help, not handouts. And each recipient pledges to help two other people, thereby passing along the power of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment. Since its inception in 1984, Trees for Life International has helped more than 3 million people in countries like India, Guatemala, Haiti and Brazil.
I volunteered for Trees for Life when I was younger and can attest to the complete dedication of the small staff leading this wonderful organization. My sincerest hope is that Fair Trade Auctions.org will help them continue their good work helping hungry and poor people throughout the world.
